In Times Square

A Touch of Evil is a humorous one-act play, that gives us a double twist at the end.
Our hero is Winton, a High School senior who'd like to be a winner.
He compares his life to french fries, stale and soggy, and his claim to fame is a perfect attendance record.
Angie, his girlfriend, is smart and spirited, trying to cheer him up by reminding him that he did win the potato sack race at the last school picnic.
Then he utters the immortal words: "I'd sell my soul for a little success!" At that moment Mona Mephistopheles appears and the battle between good and evil is on.
Touch of Evil is a comedy play written by Cynthia Mercati and published by Samuel French .
