Synopsis

In an instant, Madeline's life catapulted and would never be the same.

This instant was when she was brutally attacked in the park.

Now, 10 years later, Madeline has written to Daniel, her assailant, about to be released from confinement for this crime: "Dear Daniel, Please meet me in Banes Park.

There's a bench now, under the tree where...we met before."

Daniel does meet her.

We witness Madeline's compassionate unveiling to Daniel the path her life took as the result of their shattering encounter so long ago.

And Daniel, in turn, is able to express his deeply buried pain that misdirected his life.

In the end your heart will skip a beat as it is clear that, from the destruction of their former lives, Madeline and Daniel see in each other the hope for a future of forgiveness.
