Synopsis

As the Rosehues, a white 20th-century family, anxiously prepare to have their black neighbors, whom they have just sued, over for lunch, the Rosehues' itinerant son returns home with the news that their ancestors once owned slaves.

The shock of the revelation sends the Rosehues' naive daughter on a time-bending journey back to the plantation of her randy forefather, Nigel O'Neill.

There it becomes evident that the Rosehues are descended not only from the plantation owners, but also from the slaves.
