Synopsis
In 1909, an inexperienced, young sea captain is torn between his duty to his ship and his loyalty to a fugitive, to whom he has offered refuge after the murder of a mutinous crew member.
Set against the background of the sea at the end of the “Age of Sail,” the play explores the themes of race, morality and self-identity.
