The Four Seasons

Synopsis

A play about the passing of love.

Adam and Beatrice have met, exchanged mutual experiences of their broken marriages and affairs - and decided to take a "sabbatical from life".

They arrive at a deserted house, bruised, skeptical and suspicious of one another.

Throughout winter he tries to break her catonic silence.

He can't.

She's afraid.

In spring, she relaxes, opens up and permits communication.

In summer their relationship deepens and blossoms.

But now he is afraid.

And in autumn they repeat their quarrels and patterns of behavior which destroyed their previous marriages.
