Synopsis
Ernest the Policeman sets out to do his duty, the Mayor has some adventures with a motor car and is most unhappily transformed when one of the Magician's spells goes wrong, the nasty-tempered Mr. Growser gets more than he bargained for when his bath water pipes freeze - but with the help of Larry the Lamb and Dennis the Dachshund, all is set to right in time for the Mayor's special Christmas tea party.
