Synopsis

The age-old feud of the Hatfields and McCoys rages afresh in this delightful country-western musical.

Singer Lola Lola and her agent, Dude Greaseman, arrive in Lola Lola's hometown, Hicksville, with Lola Lola's band, the Lucky Stars, to stage a joyous Country-Western jamboree, but are frustrated by Paw Hatfield and Maw McCoy's refusal to let them use adjoining fields for their free concert.

Employing the language of the flowers, faith healing - courtesy of Aunt Priscilla - and the restorative values of organic foods - even disguising themselves as a doctor and nurse to treat the hypochondriacal Maw and Paw - they unite all the star-crossed lovers of the Hatfield and McCoy broods - even Maw and Paw themselves - and, along the way, discover the secret of Lola Lola's birth.
