Dream World
Fred Carmichael
The story of a young man, a dreamer, who soars to higher fields than those into which he has been thrown, who has married a prosaic wife, who is one of a painfully prosaic family.
They watch him, decide he is crazy and place him in a private sanitarium.
It must be admitted that he offers very little objection to this idea.
It is while in this institution that many of the screamingly funny situations of the play take place.
From start to finish the comedy is filled with brilliant dialogue and plenty of satire and irony.
Behold This Dreamer is a comedy play written by Fulton Oursler and published by Samuel French .
