And Baby Makes Seven
Paula Vogel
The Babies is done on a bare stage with two high chairs.
He sits in one chair, she in the other, and together they start to live the life of he and she.
First, they are babies in a crib, looking out in wonder at the world around them.
Then they are children full of games and sport, realizing they are growing up.
Soon he becomes a young man full of pride, standing independently in the world while she is talking of fulfillment.
Children come and grow older and so do he and she.
Bare stage w/props.
