The Old Ones
Arnold Wesker
The problems of old age are given a fresh examination in this play which takes place in some vague future where science has created a “Utopia” that prevents people from ever getting older, and where death is almost unknown.
In that age of perennial youth remains an Old Man who is the last survivor of his generation, lonely, seeking to carve a place for himself.
