Synopsis

Jack and Eddie exist by playing horses but they haven't picked a winner in three weeks.

They're broke and the landlady gives them till eleven o'clock to pay the rent.

Eddie cons Jack into stealing Agatha Sue's guitar and hocking it.

She thinks Jack is proposing and to save money moves in with them.

Then Jack wins a bundle at the track picks up a girl and brings her back to the hotel.

Jealous Agatha Sue departs for a job in Chicago and Jack talks Eddie into their going along hopefully to give up gambling and settling down.
