Synopsis

When a hideous Dragon is rumored to be stealing rice and terrorizing people throughout the peaceful kingdom, everyone is afraid to work or collect firewood for the coming winter -- they huddle fearfully indoors.

But brave little Peng sees no danger and answers the call from the Emperor and Empress to GO GET THE DRAGON!

Well, not only does Peng discover that the Dragon is more like a puppy, but he finds the real thief of their rice!

But he can't prove it alone.

He calls upon the children of the kingdom (and in the audience) to help him expose the real culprits and exonerate the friendly Dragon!
