Scott Hudson joined the LAByrinth Theater Company in 2003 upon being cast in the off-Broadway production of Stephen Adly Gurgis' OUR LADY OF 121ST STREET at Union Square Theater, directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman. Other off-Broadway acting credits include Julia Cho's BFE at Playwrights Horizons and Robert Glaudini's DUTCH HEART OF MAN at The Public. Regionally, he has performed at La Jolla Playhouse, The Long Wharf and The Caldwell. In 2006, Mr. Hudson was recognized in "Backstage" as one of New York City's top five acting coaches. He apprenticed as an acting teacher under the tutelage of Maggie Flanigan, and he taught and developed classes at her New York studio from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Hudson has also taught and been a faculty member at Rutgers University and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In 2009, he received producer Daryl Roth's Creative Spirit Award. Mr. Hudson is an MFA acting graduate of Rutgers under the direction of William Esper and a BFA graduate of Florida State University.
