Conrad Bishop

Conrad Bishop is a media producer, theatre artist, and director for The Independent Eye, a California-based touring theatre company. In collaboration with Elizabeth Fuller, Bishop has produced a number of series for public radio, including “Family Snapshots,” “Weavers,” “Tap Dancer,” and “Hitchhiking off the Map.” Their work has received numerous awards, such as two Silver Reels from the National Federation of Community Broadcasters, the Ohio State Award, and support from the National Endowment for the Arts. Bishop and Fuller have also written more than fifty plays for the stage, with productions by Circle Rep, Actors Theatre of Louisville's Humana Festival, Denver Center Theatre, and many others.
