Andrew Shepherd put his law degree to good use by training at LAMDA as an actor. His first full-length play, Therapy, was part of Newcastle University’s takeover of Northern Stage’s Gulbenkian Studio in 2000, and his Edinburgh Fringe debut Whispers in the Wood transferred to New York (St. Mark’s Theater) in 2002. Eleven of his plays have been produced in the UK and internationally. He is also the co-writer of the feature film Showreel and the award-winning short film adaption of Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Claus and Big Claus.
