Aaron Mark is a playwright and director whose plays include EMPANADA LOCA (LAByrinth Theater Company w/ Daphne Rubin-Vega; 3 Drama Desk noms, OCC nom; audioplay on Audible and iTunes), SQUEAMISH (All For One at Theatre Row w/ Alison Fraser; OCC nom; audioplay forthcoming), ANOTHER MEDEA (All For One at the Cherry Lane and Wild Project w/ Tom Hewitt; audioplay forthcoming), and DEER, all published by Dramatists Play Service. He is the creator-writer-director of THE HORROR OF DOLORES ROACH, the podcast from Gimlet Media, with Daphne Rubin-Vega and Bobby Cannavale. Theatre directing credits include Ben Rimalower's long-running, award-winning PATTI ISSUES and BAD WITH MONEY; THE MYSTERY OF IRMA VEP and DEATHTRAP for Berkshire Theatre Group; HEDWIG... for BC/EFA at New World Stages; and numerous development (New York Theatre Workshop, Theater for the New City, LA's Blank Theatre) and cabaret (Joe's Pub, 54 Below, Beechman, Duplex). Projects in development include a fourth full-length horror monologue play and a commissioned work for Audible. Aaron is a NYTW Usual Suspect and a member of SDC. He lives in Washington Heights.
