£26,994 per annum
Posted 2 days ago
Closes 14 September 2026
We are committed to improving diversity and inclusion across our organisation. Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and the Global Majority are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single specification. If you’re excited about the role but your experience or qualifications don’t perfectly align, we encourage you to apply anyway. We particularly encourage applications from underrepresented groups such as the global majority, LGBTQA+, those from a working-class background, those with a disability and neurodiverse conditions.
The role:
As a Visitor Operations Assistant, you’ll work across our busy site supporting tours, exhibitions, performances, events, workshops and retail. You’ll welcome and assist visitors, share your knowledge of the Globe, support access needs, help with sales and ensure our public spaces remain safe, welcoming and well presented.
We’re looking for friendly, confident and reliable people who enjoy working with the public and as part of a collaborative team. An interest in history, heritage, culture or the arts is a bonus, along with enthusiasm for sharing the Globe with visitors from around the world.
