Synopsis
Nero plans to burn Rome and has been practicing with his lyre for weeks, preparing for the great occasion.
Nobody is supposed to know, but it seems that everyone does.
Their petty demands interfere until Nero screams in frustration and insists he will do just as he likes.
In the end his plans go up in smoke.
