Trudi and the Minstrel

Trudi, a pretty country girl who has left her overcrowded home, falls in with a Minstrel, who invites her to join him in seeking entrance to a castle where they might sing for their supper.

At the Castle, they fall afoul of the Baroness Von Grubelstein, whose magic book foretells that Trudi shall marry her son Seigfried.

The Baroness plots to prevent this by disposing of Trudi, and when the Minstrel undertakes to protect her, they are subject to a variety of dangers from which they narrowly escape.
