Three Days at Sterling
by Kelsey Elving

Synopsis
Each act chronicles the events of a day in the lives of ten high school students.
Through their conversations with each other, and occasional monologues to the audience, we learn a little about their lives, and also about their hopes, ambitions, fears, and doubts.
It turns out that they are all plagued by insecurities that the people around them may or may not be aware of.
The three days featured are all several weeks apart, so we see the ways their lives change over a period of time, and how the changes that take place affect them.
All of the characters in the play are aged between fourteen and seventeen.
