Synopsis
During the siege of Leningrad in 1942, three young people – a girl and two boys – find shelter in a semi-derelict house.
The play follows the intricacies of their triangular relationship over the next 17 years, as their hopes and feelings for themselves and each other rise and fall, offering a moving and fascinating glimpse of life in the Soviet Union after the Second World War.
