Hiroshima: crucible of light
by Robert Lawson

Synopsis
Fictional and historical figures cross paths in this fragmented tale of the birth of the atomic bomb, its first test in Los Alamos, and the subsequent bombing of Hiroshima.
Incorporating elements of Japanese Bunraku puppet theater -- as well as history, mythology, literature, and parody -- Hiroshima: crucible of light weaves together a story of fear and dark humor, creating a fractured, multimedia look at one of the most dangerous tightropes humankind has ever walked.
