Synopsis
A continually amusing panorama of the grand old days of Fiorello LaGuardia.
It's no surprise at all when a car doing 90 miles per hour suddenly stops and the driver hops out to write CAT on a boy's head.
By the time the tale gets to the mayor, it has been elaborated beyond recognition.
A city-wide search ensues, with comic cops coming and going as the mayor masterminds the search for the culprit by radio.
A dandy comic festival all the way.
