Synopsis
In order to improve his confidence and boost his public image, mild-mannered Chancellor Phil Stevenson decides to grow a moustache.
The idea is wildly successful until Phil's moustache begins talking to him.
What follows is a darkly satirical tale of corruption, with the previously meek Phil becoming a power-hungry fiend under the direction and guidance of his Machiavellian moustache.
