Synopsis

John Tanner, an opinionated, progressive and independent male, tries frantically to escape wily Ann Whitefield, whose guardian he is.
But Tanner finally submits to the inevitability of Shaw's "Life Force" personified in Ann.
Contains the third act DON JUAN IN HELL sequence.
