TOM BRANDON

he wants to get on top and he will sell, sell, sell to get there. In the beginning, he is cool and confident but grows increasingly frustrated as his presentation falters.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE (Tom's mentor)

he is Tom's mentor and lives by schedules and budgets.

EXECUTIVE MAN

he is open and receptive. There is something to him besides business.

WOMAN EXECUTIVE

looks for more than slick slogans and promotions.

MARY THE MOTHER

younger than Mary Magdalene, a gentle strength and natural beauty.

MARY MAGDALENE

attractive, she is gutsy but not hard.

RALPH

basically a nice guy but operates too much on externals.

GOD

the concerned loving Father. He has a sense of humor that can be a bit barbed.

JOE HARRIS

prides himself on being one of the crowd.

THE VOICE

Joe's other part.

JESUS

a distinctive face and voice. He is a bit darker and taller than the paintings we've been used to.

JOAN

she is young though she could be of any age. She is of many faces.

JOAN'S IMAGE

the inner voice of Joan's heart and mind.

JESUS

as described earlier. He is strong and warm.

WALTER

can't see beyond his own face.

MILDRED (Walter's wife)

Walter's wife. Her good intentions are lost on him.

SANTOS

young and anxious for Walter's guidance.

MARY MAGDALENE

like Judas, she knows well the business of throwing stones.

JUDAS

he is good at making Walter uncomfortabel as he is not beyond a good tease.
