Happy Birthday (Loos)
Anita Loos
Janice Lowell, a lonely young career woman, is celebrating her birthday -- alone.
She makes a wish for someone tall, dark and handsome that should keep Mom happy, and is instead visited by a delightful, perplexing imp, Dexter.
Dexter arranges several gifts for her, the most precious of which is a "look inside."
Dexter works his magic, and gives this play its contagious charm.
