Synopsis

Pretty Linda is excited because this evening The Flapper Girls Society is holding their annual dance and will vote the girl who is to be Miss Flapper Girl of 1927.

Linda's flapper friends have assured her that she will get their vote and she hopes to win.

But Crystal has ideas along the same lines.

And when all the votes are counted Crystal wins the contest and Linda is disheartened.

It is at this time that Dolly, Linda's fourteen year old sister, decides to step in and take a hand in the proceedings, and she does so with astonishing results!
