We are recruiting a Front of House Manager with strong experience working within Front of House departments in the theatre, hospitality or visitor services industry. The Marlowe Theatre welcomed nearly 400,000 audience members to the theatre in 2025-2026, and our Front of House Manager is accountable for ensuring that a world-class customer service is delivered to all visitors of the Marlowe trust. You will have excellent customer service and customer management skills, and a good Health and Safety ethos, as you will playing active role in the theatres fire, security and emergency action plans.
