Everybody’s Talking About Jamie are looking for a full-time Deputy Head of Wardrobe to join the team on the No. 1 UK Tour, touring from 4th January 2027 until 24th July 2027.
Description
Everybody’s Talking About Jamie are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Wardrobe to join the team on the UK Tour on a full-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Head of Wardrobe and will provide support, including deputising when required. Ideal candidates will possess the technical skills to maintain the costumes and accessories to the highest standard required by the Designer.
Experience
Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role within professional theatre, ideally on large-scale musicals due to the fast-paced nature of the show.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Strong sewing skills, with the ability to carry out high-quality costume maintenance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and cover dressing responsibilities, including quick changes when needed.
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Warm-natured
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and busy backstage environment.
Fee
The weekly fee is in line with the UKT/BECTU agreement.
