Synopsis

A boy named Mark tried drugs once in his life, sharing the needle with an acquaintance.

His friends have become more important to him now and drugs are behind him.

But tragically, his past catches up with him when he finds out that he has AIDS.

And he's not unusual -- a great many teenagers do not know how AIDS is transmitted.

It is this fact that makes this play so important and valuable.

Script includes all up-to-date information about AIDS available at print time.

The play has been seen by over one million students internationally, and was the first play to be staged for England's Theatre in Education program at the National Theatre of Great Britain.

See "Inner Circle, The (Full)" for details for the extended version.
