YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate the Carpenter and Show Crew department

• Manage personnel, assign tasks, and oversee workflows throughout the tour

• Plan, organize and execute setup and teardown as well as maintenance of

sets and draperies, dance floor installation, and operating the automation

• Actively participate as part of the show crew during rehearsals and

performances – including scene changes

• Work closely with Technical Management, Stage Management, Backline,

Sound and Lighting

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and monitor their

implementation

• Support material logistics, tool maintenance and technical requirements

• Document working hours, processes and production-related technical details

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or several years of experience

in stage construction, Show Crew or event technology

• Experience leading and coordinating a team

• Strong organisational skills and a confident manner in a live production

environment

• Strong practical skills and technical understanding

• Welding qualification for aluminium and steel is an advantage

• Ability to work well under pressure, flexibility and strong teamwork skills

• Very good command of German and/or English
