Grove Press, now an imprint of Grove Atlantic, is one of America's most iconic independent publishers, renowned for introducing radical and avant-garde literature to American audiences. In the 1950s and 60s, Grove published the first US editions of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot, Eugène Ionesco, Jean Genet, and Harold Pinter, fundamentally shaping American theatre culture.
