Mrs Meadowsweet
David Campton
Matweet wants her nest to be the most beautiful nest in the forest.
Priscilla wants her hair to be perfect so that she can impress a rich man at the ball.
It looks like neither of them will get their wish when Matweet plucks Priscilla's hair out of her head so she can use it in her nest, and Priscilla, in revenge, captures and cages Matweet.
But in the end, they both get something more valuable than what they had originally wanted - a lesson in the nature of vanity and love.
