When young activist Sunny Goodenough loses the class election to a mean child television star, she worries she might never find a way to share her passion with the world.

But when an Earth-bound meteor collides with a satellite, causing it to fall -- miraculously -- right onto Sunny's head, she becomes an instant celebrity.

With the help of her sidekick Soup, Sunny sets out to spread her message -- but first she's got to get past vapid TV reporters, a superficial agent, and an evil media mogul with plans to brainwash the world.
