A little church group is about to begin the Christmas program broadcast when they find their angel for their pageant goes missing.

The director rushes to find a substitute as the broadcast begins.

Bystanders are asked what Christmas means to them.

To one, it means gifts; to another, a big dinner; to another, fun.

It is time for the angel to say her lines—and an angel does step forward!

She says Christmas is many things but, above all, it is Jesus' birthday.

The nativity pageant is presented and the director returns—unable to find a substitute angel!
