Synopsis

Beginning on a playground and ending at a ten-year high school reunion, we explore the growth of five individuals, and make the discovery that they (and we) are like our younger selves.

Two of the characters endure loss of innocence: Elliot discovers his father's unfaithfulness to his mother, and Mackenzie is seduced by an older man.

With the help of their friends, the two must decide how they are going to allow these painful experiences to affect their lives.

Can they still trust other people?

Can they still trust and believe in themselves?

The play is thoughtful, funny, and touching, providing fantastic roles for the young and eager actor and actress.

The characters progress, change and grow into maturity and yet they've stayed the same.

Rocka - Good - Bye comes from the author of the popular plays, Two To Go and Painted Face.
