Synopsis

For over half a century Ben Travers was the premier farceur in the English theatre, delighting millions with his hilarious shenanigans.

PLUNDER, one of the best of Mr. Travers' "Aldwych Farces" was recently revived to great acclaim by the National Theatre of Great Britain!

The story concerns the efforts of a gentleman burglar to relieve one Mrs. Hewlett of her jewels.

Freddy Malone makes the mistake, though, of enlisting the bumbling D'Arcy Tuck in his plot.

Tuck acquiesces because he feels Mrs. Hewlett has swindled his fiancee out of her rightful inheritance.

Complication is piled upon complication until the hilarious climax when the suave burglar and his idiotic accomplice actually get away with it!
