Synopsis

A Romp in Two Scenes.

A boisterous outpouring of fun.

It is the story of a hillbilly family and their friends and neighbors.

Hettie, an old maid of about forty, and as sharp as they come, and her very slightly younger sister Bettie, somewhat dull, find hope in the budding romantic inclinations of Wilbur Todweller, the dignified and wordy schoolteacher, and of a friendly bachelor neighbor named Zed.
