Readers have mixed feelings about the adaptation of Spoon River Anthology. While many appreciate its poetic nature and character richness, some criticize the emotional depth and direction of the play. The storytelling through epitaphs is often highlighted as a unique approach, yet not all find it fully compelling on stage.
