As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a pivotal role supporting the kitchen activity, ensuring smooth operation, excellent food produce and service. A passion for food and good palate with a proactive approach are essential for this role. You’ll be working alongside a talented team and maintaining our high standards of food quality and safety. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment, contributing to high standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
A self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and grow.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A comprehensive understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining keen attention to detail.
