Noted novelist, screenwriter, and producer Robert Alan Aurthur is best known for writing a history of the Third Marine Division. In addition, he produced and penned a few plays and was behind many television dramas. His plays include: A VERY SPECIAL BABY (1956), KWAMINA (1961) and CARRY ME BACK TO MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS (1968). His screenplays include: “All That Jazz” (1979), “The Lost Man” (1969), “For Love of Ivy” (1968), “Grand Prix” (1966), “Warlock” (1959), “Spring Reunion” (1957), and “Edge of the City” (1957).
