Jonathan Franzen is the author of the novels “The Twenty-Seventh City,” “Strong Motion," “The Corrections,” the essay collection “How to Be Alone,” and a personal history, “The Discomfort Zone.” He translated Frank Wedekind’s SPRING AWAKENING, published by Dramatists Play Service, Inc. Franzen lives in New York City and Boulder Creek, California.
