He is a founding member of New Haven’s Long Wharf Theatre, directed for the Actors Theatre of Louisville, toured the world managing The Paul Taylor Dance Company, helicoptered into the Woodstock Festival managing Ravi Shankar, directed a production of Arthur Miller's “The Crucible” in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, and managed the Broadway tryout of Saul Bellow's play, “Under the Weather,” starring Shelley Winters.
He settled in Maine where he started his own theater company to develop and produce new plays. His award-winning play, “Soldier, Come Home,” premiered in Brunswick, Maine in 2002, has been produced all over the country, and is now celebrating its 100th performance.
