Touring Carpenter at Everybody’s Talking About Jamie

 

Everybody’s Talking About Jamie are looking for a full-time Touring Carpenter to join the team on the No. 1 UK Tour, touring from 11th January 2027 until 24th July 2027.  

 

Description: They will report to the Stage Manager, supporting the construction and maintenance of the set.

They will be required to assist with the maintenance of the touring set, attend maintenance calls, perform rig checks and attend any emergency calls in the event of any incident. They will be required to deputise and provide cover for the Stage Management department covering and reasonable stage duties.

This is a hands-on role requiring excellent carpentry skills and strong organisational abilities.

Please note this is a weekly touring role where you will stay with the show.

 

Experience: Candidates must have experience in a similar role in professional theatre, ideally on large-scale musicals.

 

Fee: The weekly fee is in line the UKT/BECTU agreement.
