YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor the FOH console during rehearsals and performances

• Set up, configure, and maintain the sound system at each venue

• Mix vocals, instruments, and effects during performances

• Working closely with the Technical Director, Stage Management and Backline team

to achieve optimal sound quality

• Conduct soundchecks and technical tests before rehearsals and shows

• Document settings, changes, and technical details

• Coordinate with the crew during load-in and load-out of the sound system

• Lead and coordinate the sound engineering team during rehearsals and

performances

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations when operating sound

equipment

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid training or several years of experience in sound engineering / FOH operation

• Experience in leading and coordinating a team, ideally in musicals, theater, or

touring productions

• Strong knowledge of signal flow, mixing, and audio equipment

• High technical understanding and problem-solving skills

• Resilience, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills

• Excellent German and/or English language skills
