PORT & SHOPPING EXPERT
Join EFFY Jewelry as a Port & Shopping Expert, where you'll live and work onboard some of the world's most well-known cruise ships while representing EFFY Jewelry alongside internationally recognized retailers.
This is a guest-facing, revenue-driven role where you'll engage guests through live on-stage presentations, educational seminars, boutique events, one-on-one consultations, and hosting in-port shopping experiences.
Your ability to educate, inspire, and connect with guests will directly contribute to boutique traffic and sales performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Host engaging live shopping presentations in the ship's main theatre
• Drive guest traffic to onboard and in-port shopping experiences
• Lead exclusive events, educational seminars, and private guest consultations
• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout each voyage
