Company
Rising Tide Theatrical Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit producing Spellbound, an immersive Halloween festival set in Ashbury, a Victorian mountain village. We are casting scare performers for the Haunted Trail.

Roles
Multiple ensemble roles across the Haunted Trail. Performers work in fixed and roaming positions along an outdoor wooded trail, sustaining character through repeated audience passes over the course of an evening. Physical performance, sustained vocal work, and comfort in the dark and in cold weather are essential.

Requirements
Must be 18 or older. Must be local to the Hudson Valley or comfortable driving or taking Metro-North up from NYC. Must be very comfortable with, or have a keen interest in, outdoor scare performance and live events. Performers should expect to work outdoors in variable October weather across multiple hours.

Compensation
Performance days: $135 per day
Full rehearsal days: $75 per day
Half rehearsal days: $50 per day
Costume and makeup provided.

Submission Requirements
Headshot and resume are mandatory. Scare performance reels are optional but heavily desired. Please note reel availability in your submission.

Auditions
Virtual auditions will be scheduled for mid-September 2026. Come prepared with two contrasting monologues. Selected performers will be contacted to schedule.
