Michael Kassin

The production of I-KISSANDTELL as a part of HEAVEN AND HELL (ON EARTH): A DIVINE COMEDY in 2001 marked Mr. Kassin's second trip to the Humana Festival. TODAY A LITTLE EXTRA was produced in the 1980 Festival and subsequently Off-Broadway at the American Jewish Theater, and was published in Best Short Plays and Baker's Plays. Another full length, BROTHER CHAMP, was produced at the Mixed Blood Theater and selected for the National Playwrights Conference before receiving an award-winning production at the West Coast Ensemble in Los Angeles. His full-length THE SHROUD was produced by the West Coast Ensemble in 1999. As a screenwriter, Mr. Kassin has written for New Line Cinema and Tri-Vanguard Pictures. His greatest achievement, however, is his marriage to Beverly Miller, in 1999.
