Playwright Deborah Lynn Frockt was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of London. Her plays have been produced at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Alliance Theatre Company, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, and Stage One. She also has a close working relationship with the Seattle Children’s Theatre. Frockt has earned acclaim for her plays THE BOOK OF RUTH, WHEN I GROW UP, I’M GONNA GET SOME BIG WORDS, and THE VICTIMLESS CRIME published by Dramatists Play Service, Inc. She currently resides in Seattle.
